If you want to hire full-time employees overseas, you’ll need to use their employer-of-record partner, which costs more. Gusto Global for contract payments works without issues. This makes it more flexible than some other U.S.-only payroll options.
Gusto integrates with QuickBooks Online, QuickBooks Payroll, Xero, FreshBooks, and other platforms. You can connect it with QuickBooks for accounting, and the sync is seamless. You can also plug in apps for time tracking, performance reviews, or project management.
